Nyron McLean
Founder
Nyron McLean, Founder and President of H3Missions, Inc., states “I was on a business trip in Atlanta when the earthquake hit Haiti in January 2010, and I felt compelled to do something.” Never having been involved in healthcare mission service before, I jumped in and started making calls to family and friends who were doctors, dentists and nurses, telling them “let’s go to Haiti and make a difference”. On our first trip, we had nine people; five businessmen and four healthcare professionals, and worked in tent cities and orphanages. Little did I know that I would still be doing this six years later. On our 22nd trip in October 2015, we conducted the first cervical cancer screening effort in the Northwest Department of Haiti with 25 healthcare professionals from across America, screening over 700 women and saving lives.

H3Missions, Inc. is poised to do even greater things in the future. We are already putting together our 2nd cervical cancer screening effort, as well as working to establish a permanent clinic in Haiti, to provide long-term, excellent quality healthcare. We will build upon the excellent relationships that we have been building with various top medical, dental and allied health institutions in California and around the United States, which will provide us a steady stream of excellent practitioners to participate on our teams.

Nyron McLean is Chief Financial Officer of Plan-It Life, Inc., a non-profit company focused on providing services to at-risk youth in Southern California. He is also President of the Rotary Club of Riverside Sunrise, and a member of other community organizations in Riverside, and a graduate of Boston University School of Management.

Dominque Jean Paen
Board of Directors
Dominique is the 4th Child of Renee Pean Jean (retired school director and teacher) and Luc F Jean (a former lawyer and Deputy of Grande Riviere du Nord, Haiti Under President Paul E. Magloire). Her father was politically exiled during Papa Doc Duvalier's regime; Dominique was seven years old.

She left Haiti at 19 years old to attend Simmons College while boarding at St Margaret convent in Boston, Mass. She worked at her school while attending full time and she worked at night at the convent to pay for her room and board.

When her father was dying in 1988, she went back to Haiti to be by his side. Making this decision interrupted her Master's studies in Syracuse so that she could grant her father's wish to die in his country.

"As for everything in Haiti," Dominique said, "one is challenged every day."

She went back to Haiti a couple of years ago to help out with the family business and live her passion for helping in Haiti's development.
